Answers to Metabolic Syndrome question
The diet is easy. Following diet and exercising. However, weight loss is only 1/2 lb. per week. How can you increase that?

Hello twb,
Everyone is a little different. Here are a few common debugs. One is to make sure in the diet you are eating breakfast and drinking at least ½ your weight in ounces of water daily.
On the exercise area daily is much more effective than three times a week. If you are already exercising daily even if only 20 minutes – great for you. You may want to perform resistance first and aerobic last.
Next, if you are not getting enough restful sleep or have adrenal stress this will inhibit weight loss. Those are the most common. On the more complex side of things it is possible to be running higher than normal insulin. If this is the case then it will inhibit fat burning, this is one of the issues with metabolic syndrome.
